PARENTS' day out
Parent's Day Out is a ministry of the church with the goal to provide a safe learning environment that will help preschoolers grow as Jesus did: "And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man," (Luke 2.52) and to provide parents and grandparents some time for running errands, volunteering in school, or just to take a long nap! We are a Safe Sanctuaries church, implementing policies to provide added measures of protection for our children, youth, and vulnerable adults.
DAYS AND HOURS: Our hours are 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during the school year. We are open only on Wednesdays and Fridays during summer break. We follow the Hopkins County School calendar and when school is out, we are too. If public schools are cancelled because of snow, ice, flooding, or severe weather, PDO will be canceled too.
FEES: The cost per child, per day is $16.00, $30.00 for two children per day and $42.00 for three children per day. The annual registration fee of $35.00 per child is due the first week the child attends PDO.
ENROLLMENT: If you are interested in enrolling your child in PDO, please call the church office (270.821.5734) and ask to speak to Mrs. Tabatha Cinnamon to inquire about available spots and to schedule a time to pick up the required paperwork. Children are added to the waiting list ONLY when the paperwork is returned, and spots are filled based on the dates on the paperwork.
